Back Pressure Regulator (50BPR Series)

  • These regulators are used to regulate the upstream pressure to a predetermined set point and are normally in closed position.
  • These types of regulators are fast responsive with straight through flow and minimum maintenance.
Line Sizes: 1/4” TO 4” (DN8 to DN100) [Note: 1/4“ (DN8) & 3/8” (DN12) will have 1/2“ (DN15) body with reducer bushings]
Cv's: 0.0008 to 200
Set Pressure: 1 psi to 450 psi (6.9 kPa to 3100)
End Connections: ANSI Flanges, DIN Flanges and Threaded
Body Materials: Ductile Iron, Bronze (only1/2” to 2”, i.e. DN15-DN50), Carbon Steel (A216WCB) and Stainless Steel (A351/CF8M)
Service: Steam, Water, Oil, Gas, Air and Chemicals
Shutoff Standard: ANSI Class IV
